Synopsis :

Jean, the Moon Man, is bored of his life all alone on his big rock in the sky. So one day he grabs the tail of a passing comet and comes down to Earth, exploring the planet’s beauty with wonder and joy. The problem is that with no Man in the Moon, children on Earth can no longer fall asleep at night. Even worse, the evil President-General-ofthe-Whole-World takes advantage of Jean’s departure to attempt to conquer the moon! The plot thickens when earthlings decide Jean is a threat: he gets thrown in jail and is desperate to escape and return to the moon. That’s where Jean belongs—he needs to get back up there so he can start helping children again. Who will help him get home safely? How about you, have you ever seen the Man in the Moon? Based on the story by Tomi Ungerer.
