Synopsis :

Through its immeasurable leaps that sequentially enter and exit particular moments into the lives of unrelated characters, acrobat presents itself as a series of standalone yet unifying vignettes. The vulnerability of alienated individuals who desperately desire to be noticed and crave for genuine human connection are exposed as odd and intimate scenes of voyeuristic fantasy, impersonating intangibility, romantic longing, sexual confusion, and liberating daydreams collide with the fixations and the consequences from the pursuit of convenient communication and popular culture.

Frontière (7 films)

Formal explorations of borders: between the shadow that hides and the light that sculpts, of course, but primarily borders that transgress time (Vincent Grenier, Flatform). or the more metaphorical border in Acrobat (the latest film by Eduardo Menz), which separates anonymity (shadow) from performance (light).
